Get Moving:
No bride want to look dull or lethargic. Stretching will
help in increasing flexibility. Avoiding muscle imbalances, postural distortion
and injuries, Stand tall, shoulders back, walk gracefully and do not forget to
smile.
Hydrate with Watermelon-Strawberry water:
Stay hydrate and happy during your wedding shopping pandemonium.

bine 1 cup of cubed watermelon, 4 to 6 strawberries and two cup of water in
blender. Blend until smooth, pour into a glass and hydrate yourself.Snooze on your left side:
Steal back a good night’s sleep by fluffing up two pillows
instead of one. Also sleep in your left side and you will cut your heartburn
risk in half, that’s because snoozing on your right side relaxes the muscle
that keeps gastric acids in your stomach.
Curves are sexy:
Here’s an interesting exercise regime every bride-to-be must
follow at least four weeks before the wedding day. Do 3-4 cardiovascular work
outs daily for 25nto 40 minutes. Take a fast walk jog with the friends, go
swimming, ride your bike or play any sport.
Ward off weight gain:
Give up the notion that you must starve yourself to lose weight.
Skipping meals or eating a very low amount of calories causes your body to go
into starvation mode, which slows your metabolisms. Three large meals do not
provide your body with the constant flow of the nutrients and energy it needs
to increase your metabolisms and burn fat. Strive to eat five or six small
meals evenly spaced throughout the day, and stay hydrated.
